Get creative: Dec 5th, card challenge

I hope everybody is enjoying their day.

Today is the 5th of December and that means a card challenge at Get creative. 

The challenge for today is a bingo card!

This is my take:

So for your challenge you must create a layout 
using just the THREE elements that you have chosen,
any row vertically, horizontally or diagonally!  
There are a total of EIGHT combinations possible!

My card for today is a gate fold card. 

When you open the red & white bow, the gate opens.
