Sailing the 7 seas....................

Good evening all, 

I had great joy and lots of memories, making this page for Scrap africa.

The challenge for the next two weeks is:

Challenge: Tell us about your travel adventures...perhaps your favourite location, or the most memorable trip...anything related to travel. Please include journalling, even if hidden and tell us where it is.

I decided to study Tourism and Hospitality knowing that i would have the opportunity to travel. 

Which indeed happened! When i was 24 years old i decided to work at sea on a Cruise vessel. I had to get used to it or as they say "i had to get my sea legs" but i did and stayed for about 6 years. 

One of my favourite ships was the Mercury as too many memories are left on that particular ship. 

Lovely destinations, hard work, lots of complaining ( from me and guests) and i met my husband on this ship. It has brought me so much joy!  At the moment the ship is sailing for a German company and changed her name to Mein ship 2. But for me she will always be the Mercury.

Normally i am dont add any journaling but on this page i did ( and had to, it is part of the challenge) 

but i believe it is very well hidden:

I attached 2 tags to the flowers clusters and it can be pulled out to read the journaling. 

All word chipboards are from Scrapmatts . 

Although i have travelled a lot in my life, this is my best travelling story. I worked and travelled at the same time and found love on my "loveboat" what more could a girl ask for. It really was an experience of a lifetime, although it was hard work it was all well worth it and i would not trade those years with anything.
